Family Suite With 3 Queen Beds & a Sofa Sleeper

This suite spans 725 square feet and features an open floor plan that unifies all living areas into a spacious environment, adhering to a smoke-free policy. The suite is equipped with three queen-size beds with microfiber pillows, thoughtfully designed to enhance the quality of sleep.

The living area includes a sofa bed, two cushioned chairs, and a coffee table, all intended to provide maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a stovetop, and a selection of essential cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Additionally, a telephone is available for complimentary local and long-distance calls, along with voicemail services

Policies – Know before you go:

Credit Card/Check In Policy:

When checking in at TownHouse Extended Stay we require all guests to have a major credit card, a valid ID/Passport, and $100 Cash refundable deposit. We additionally require that the registering guest is over the age of 18.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in begins at 3 pm; early check-in can be arranged, if availability allows, for a fee of $35.

Check-out is by 11 am; late check-out must be arranged with the front desk at check-in time and may require a late check-out fee of $35 if after 12 pm

Children’s Policy:

Children 18 & under stay free when with an accompanying adult as long as the total occupancy of the room does not exceed the maximum. Cribs are available upon request.

Dogs Welcome!

Dogs are allowed (no cats or any other pets), maximum one dog per room.
40-pound weight limit (no height limit)
$10 per night, per pet fee (non-refundable)
$250 penalty fee for undeclared pets
Pet cannot stay alone in the room.
All Guests are required to pick up after their dogs.
