General policies
- Check-in requires a photo ID, major credit card, and a $100 refundable deposit. Guests must be 18 or older; those under 18 need a parent or guardian present. - Check In: 3:00 pm - Check out: 11:00 am - Early check-in is not guaranteed; please call ahead of time. If before 12 pm, there is a $35 early check-in fee. - Late check-out must be arranged with the front desk ahead of time, and it is not guaranteed. There is a $35 late check-out fee past 12 pm. Any late check-outs after 2 pm will cost another night stay. - All special requests are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. - For all inquiries and special requests, call our Front Office 402-475-3000.
Corporate Accounts
We welcome corporate accounts and offer special weekly and monthly rates for extended employee stays. Extending your room is as easy as sending a text. Our General Manager ensures your staff’s comfort and will help you set up an account—call today.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the beginning of your stay, no exceptions. We reserve the right to preauthorize payment on event dates and home football games.

Cancellation Policy
We have a no-cancellation policy.If you cancel, you’ll be charged the cost of the stay on all event nights and home football games. All other reservations require a 48-hour notice for cancellation. For details on your reservationscancellation policy, call the hotel at 402-475-3000.
No-Show Policy
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the entire stay, and the remainder of your stay, if applicable, will be cancelled.
Pet Policy
- We allow dogs only; no cats or other pets allowed. - Only 1 dog per room at a fee of $10 for each pet per day. - Undeclared pets will be charged a $250 penalty fee. - All pets are not to be left alone in the room at any time. - Any questions about our pet policy please call the property.
Smoking Policy
All of our rooms are 100% smoke-free.
Children, Cribs, and Extra Beds
